I agree with Dick. I don't think we've ever had to do this at any previous National Conventions, unless we did this the other time Dayton was a national. It should be complicated, either. A list of the Directors & Officers planning to attend can very easily be provided. This is absurd! For an ARRL National Convention, I object to any ARRL officials having to pay their way into their own convention and then having ARRL reimburse the cost. We should be credentialed by the Hamvention as exhibitors and admitted free of charge. If this provision was not included in the convention agreement, it should have been. ARRL convention or approved hamfest = free admission for ARRL staff, directors and officers If ARRL is going to have to pay for our admission, is there a net savings in having ARRL headquarters obtain exhibitor passes as opposed to having ARRL directors buy admission tickets at full retail? - Dick, W9GIG
