27 NOV, 2002 - 1125 CST Virtually all the Nigerian, Russian, Yugoslavian, South African, etc., scam email messages I see originate thru Hotmail accounts. Over half the email virus payloads I see come from Hotmail. I am increasingly tempted to auto-block and bounce all inbound hotmail-originated email messages and then post a message on the five controlled non-ARRL reflectors I am subscribed to, and the Central Division membership telling everyone why I am doing this.
