Hi, Here is a slightly revised and updated version of the PowerPoint presentation that I sent everyone a few weeks ago. I have now given this presentation a number of times "in public" and I have added new slides and additional information that I have been asked about during my presentations. I have also updated and improved some of the graphics. I have also made some of the changes suggested by many of you. I consider this a work in progress since ever time I deliver the presentation; I learn something new and incorporate the changes. Feel free to use as much of this as you like for your purposes.
