The attached IARU Calendar proposing the election of Tim Ellam and Ole Garpestad as IARU President and Vice President, respectively, is being put in the mail today. At the July Board meeting you instructed me to cast "Aye" votes on behalf of the ARRL. Two additional proposals are included, for new IARU member-societies in the United Arab Emirates and Kazakhstan.
