Some comments - 1. We don't know what Baxter is giving away. It *seems* as if it's the ARRL DVD, but is it? Shouldn't someone who lives near Baxter send for a copy and see exactly what it is he's distributing and what state it's in? (Modified?) 2. The disk itself says (c) ARRL 2003, but there is no mention of the copyright on the web page or in the downloading process. All we say is that it's free, with no restrictions mentioned. 3. The first image on the disk says "ATTENTION; Copyright Material Not For Broadcast." If Baxter really has the ARRL DVD, he isn't broadcasting or selling it. He's giving it away. 4. If he's giving the ARRL DVD away, is he obligated to admit in his advertising where he got it? It *will* be interesting to hear what Chris has to say about this. 73. Jim, W6CF
