[arrl-odv:11874] Re: Response to White Paper on American Samoa

Two Questions. 1. Have there been any comments, concerns or expressions of interest on the Swains Island matter from any Amateurs who are residents of American Samoa? 2. Does DXCC rely on a standard map reference to determine distances when distance is a determining criteria? I recognize distance doesnt come into play in this case because America Samoa doesnt have an IARU Member Society. I don't plan any further public comment. I note that they don't even bother to try to perpetuate the lie that I agreed to anything in Taipei. It refers to White Paper "lies and half truths." http://www.swains-island.org/swainsreponce.htm 73, K5UR
