Two Questions. 1. Have there been any comments, concerns or expressions of interest on the Swain’s Island matter from any Amateurs who are residents of American Samoa? 2. Does DXCC rely on a standard map reference to determine distances when distance is a determining criteria? I recognize distance doesn’t come into play in this case because America Samoa doesn’t have an IARU Member Society.
