Dick, there will be a joint release from the FBI and (I think) FCC (or it could be U.S. Attorney's office) on this shortly, which Riley Hollingsworth will provide to Rick Lindquist as soon as it is available. I understand that Gerritsen was picked up at 5 AM this morning on Federal charges and is now incarcerated, but as you say, we should propagate nothing until the joint release is available, which is apparently imminent. 73, Chris W3KD
