Some of you know that Harold Kramer took the day off to assist with communications at the Boston Marathon finish line area. About 45 minutes ago there was at least one explosion near the finish line. Harold has texted, "I'm OK. I was close to explosion. I'm helping bus dispatch." Dave K1ZZ
