Good afternoon Officers, Directors and Vice Directors, This is to inform you of the schedule for Thursday, July 15th. ARRL has rented a DATTCO executive bus to pick up everyone at the Marriott and will be leaving the Marriott at 9:00 a.m. to go to ARRL Headquarters. Please use the bus, as we expect it will be difficult to accommodate additional vehicles. Please go out the front lobby doors of the hotel and look for me! I will be there to meet, greet and answer any questions. We will be holding the grand reopening ceremony at 10:00 a.m. with Congressman John B. Larson proudly representing Connecticut's First District. The bus will be departing ARRL Headquarters immediately following the ceremony to bring everyone back to the Marriott where lunch will be ready at 12:00 p.m. The committee meetings will commence at 1:00 p.m. with cocktail hour beginning at 5:30 p.m. and dinner immediately following at 6:30 p.m. ending with Informal Session in the Board Room at 8:00 p.m. We look forward to seeing you all here in person!
