On my last post, I forgot to add another problem. SERA (SouthEastern Repeater Association) is in the red -1,155.73. ARRL Fees gave them an "other" income of $3,341.00. That income is sorely needed by the organization. It should give them an incentive to provide data that is acceptable with all ARRL conditions.
