I would encourage all Directors/Vice Directors/Staff to request/use the "HELLO" audio/video files, as they vital to the presentation. There are also HELLO Brochures available for the asking. The Brochures have become very popular. This is an excellent avenue for promotion of Amateur Radio, especially during the upcoming Field Day operations. I generally change my exact remarks depending on the place, audience and circumstances. In order to run the "Hello" radio and television commercials, separate files audio video files need to be added to the presentation's file directory.
