Greetings. Riley Hollingsworth gave us a head's up that FCC Chairman Wheeler, the alleged mastermind behind the plan to savagely slash by 2/3rds the FCC Field offices and RIF half of the field staff, did in response to pressure from Greg Walden's Subcommittee provide on April 2 a letter and a copy of the recommendations of the FCC contractor. Some broadcast engineer buddies of mine kindly provided a copy of what was sent. This will be public soon enough but not too many people have it yet. Copy attached for your reading frustration.
