The unanswered question in Harold's answer is: what happens if the awardee purchases less than $25 or $50.  I think the "one-time" rule makes this pretty obvious , but perhaps the amount could say "up to" $25, etc., to be completely clear. -- 73,         Greg, KØGW         Vice Director, Dakota Division
