ARRL Web Site ComplaintI just went to place an order on the ARRL site, and it went reasonably quickly. However, because it did not apply the Diamond Club discount (Amy Hurtado tells me that fix is in the queue already), I terminated the process and ordered by telephone, where the lady on the other end was extremely efficient (possible future contest operator?). 73, Marty N6VI
