[arrl-odv:32390] PSC and A&F meetings in July

Gang; Is it possible that we can schedule the A&F and PSC meetings so they are consecutive, rather than ran in parallel? Maybe one in the AM and one in the PM on the Thursday? PSC certainly won't have enough business to take up a full day of debate, but I don't know about A&F. (PSC doesn't have any lawyers on board...) ;-) 73; Mike W7VO

Mike We were unaware of the tragic deficiency that burdens PSC in its herculean efforts on behalf of the Members. But, being resourceful, the Board can certainly add a lawyer or two to the PSC at the July meeting. Will you be willing to second that motion? 😁 _______________________________________ John Robert Stratton N5AUS Director West Gulf Division Office:512-445-6262 Cell:512-426-2028 P.O. That was not meant as a complaint, Counselor! ;-) 73; Mike W7VO

The A&F meeting will be scheduled for 9:00 AM. The end time will be dependent on the length of the agenda which is unknown at this time. Thanks, Jeff. Maybe what I'll do then is schedule the PSC meeting for 12 PM on the Thursday. Everybody can eat lunch first, then we can formally conduct the meeting after lunch, at around 1 PM. Those that are visiting the A&F meeting can choose to stay there at that time, or can leave and join the PSC meeting. I'm just trying to fix a problem where guests have had to decide to visit one meeting or the other, or leave in the middle of one to visit the other. I think this will be less disruptive for the meetings too. Anybody have a problem with this suggestion? Rick, will that be OK? 73; Mike W7VO

Rick, will that be OK? Fine with me, Mike. Although, I would ask that guests give consideration to directives of the committee Chair (you and Jeff) on how they want the meeting run. I don't know if we will have to social distance come July but I believe the plan is to have A&F and PSC in large rooms so folks can spread out. 73,Rick - K5UR -----Original Message----- From: Michael Ritz <w7vo@comcast.net> To: arrl-odv <arrl-odv@reflector.arrl.org> Sent: Sat, May 22, 2021 7:36 pm Subject: [arrl-odv:32394] Re: PSC and A&F meetings in July Thanks, Jeff.
