Greetings. Attached is a letter ARRL has just now sent to the Air Force Frequency Management Agency, to a person that Paul Rinaldo knows well and who I have come to know well also in recent months on another issue not related to Amateur Radio. This follows a meeting with Mr. Moorefield on March 20, 2007 that Paul and I attended for ARRL. The background of this matter is briefly recited in this letter, but there is considerably more detail about it than is reflected in this memo. I will provide more information to any Director or Vice Director who needs it. This letter was reviewed several times by Directors Frenaye and Vallio, in whose divisions the Pave Paws radars and the allegedly interfering repeaters are located.
