Jon Siverling has requested that these documents remain BOARD CONFIDENTIAL Jon and the entire amateur radio team did an outstanding job representing ARRL and US hams at myriad meetings attached to WRC-23. I think you'll see from his notes that we enjoyed quite a bit of success.
