Hello Tom;           I am indeed sorry that you were not aware; I was underthe impression that the PSC minutes had been distributed. Thetopic had been discussed and this was a decision arrived backat the January Board meeting.  I assure you that the VHF-VCRCommittee is far from assuming that this topic isnt all that important.
