I am so saddened by the passing of Dennis. He was such a kind person. He was the first person who spent any time talking to me when I joined the Board, and made my first Board meeting very enjoyable. Dennis always put a smile on my face. I know that the past couple of years have been exceedingly difficult for him. Vice Director Bill Morine N2COP was contacted by Dennis A. Bodson W3DZK, Dennis’s son this morning. Dennis had spinal surgery and was discharged from the hospital about a week ago. His son put him to bed last night, and when he went in to check on him at 0730 this am, Dennis had passed away. We have no other details at present, but they should be forthcoming.
