Thanks for the update, Kay. I spoke with Harry just after he returned home from his by-pass surgery and we had an very pleasant chat. He was very complimentary of the direction of ARRL and the many new things we are doing. It was good to hear that from Harry. As a Freshman director during my first year on the board I had the pleasure of serving on the original ad-hoc election committee that recommended setting up the standing elections committee. It was a good experience to serve with him. Good to hear he is doing well. As a fellow transplant to Virginia, I dropped Harry a note complimenting the article, and he telephoned me earlier this week in response.
