Because of treacherous road conditions this morning, the Governor of Connecticut is delaying the opening of state offices until 10:30 AM. Many Hartford-area businesses are delaying until anywhere from 9:30 to 11. Barry and I have decided to announce a 10 AM HQ opening. Dave
