The sole issue is the support by the United States?at WRC-11 (actually, 12) of an allocation for the Amateur Service on a secondary basis?of 15 kHz in the vicinity of 500 kHz. The comments are self-explanatory. To give you an idea of what is in the pipeline for the short term, we have reply comments due in the BPL proceeding early in October.
