Chris Imlay asked me to get back to you on your question regarding a "magic number" for co-sponsorship on letters to the Hill. Unfortunately, I don't think there is one. Every office is different. I know some that would sign on board with one request and others that aren't swayed by a dozen. It would be safe to say though, that if an office got upwards of 50 letters (not pre-written or mass mailed style) on a non-controversial topic like the Spectrum Act, that they would be upwards of 90% sure to co-sponsor.
