It appears that Art Bell has been cloned in India. This is a good PR piece for ham radio. I wonder if we could get CNN to let us use if our PR campaigns. The is great stuff to show legislators or local ZBAs for that matter. The program "CNN Global Challenges" recently broadcast a terrific feature report from India about ham radio -- role in tsunami relief, other emergency communications, etc. You can download it at: ftp://espectro.sra.ufsc.br/pub/CNN_Tsunami_HamRadio.mpg (Right-click on the link and select "Save Target As") The piece runs about 7-minutes ... so the file is BIG -- about 77 Mb. Picture quality is only fair (higher resolution would make the file even bigger), but the video motion is pretty smooth and the audio is fine.
