Again, the question before you, the ARRL Board of Directors, is "Do you agree with the EC recommendation to pursue a judicial appeal?" I support the recommendation of the EC to pursue a judicial appeal. This is good news to me, and I am particularly pleased to be able to vote affirmatively for us to seek resolution of this issue at the highest level.
