Hahaha. Yes Ward would (and should). Scott asked me to do an interview earlier this year. I was more than happy to. The outside photo is me at the CW station at a special event station at the Fire Island lighthouse in Long Island. Great South Bay ARC always does a great event. I love to do these events because it’s operating (which is fun) and it gets me outside, with or without kids. The inside photo is my dear friend Jay’s (K2TTT) shack. They did get the caption wrong. Unfortunately, Jay is no longer with us. Per Jewish tradition, friends and family shovel dirt on the casket. It was my honor, although not necessarily a pleasure, to perform this duty when laying him to rest. I gave a short speech about how he loved ham radio, second only to his family.
