[arrl-odv:33570] Personify update
As of 5:30pm this afternoon, we have successfully configured the older version of the MariaDB to move all of the data over to for go-live. The loading of the data is slower than expected. We are also having to migrate the code for the Personify to AIS interfaces to the database server. The team plans on working through about midnight this evening to wrap this up. We need to do more testing in the morning before go-live. This pushes the date out one day. We have updated the website to reflect that fact. I will give you an update tomorrow late morning on where we're at. David

David, Bringing up a new software system in any form is a challenge. Doing it under production pressure with lots of watchers is even worse. I agree with the sentiment.
