It looks like the bandwidth will be reallocated to WiFI, as opposed to cellular. This could be a good thing. WiFi in my neighborhood is beyond congested. I shared this on my own social media pages a few days ago. This is not really the wireless carriers per se who wanted the spectrum. This is for wifi applications, meaning consumer and other devices. The FCC and courts did make the right decision - and that is - use it or lose it. V2X was always a pipe dream and with 5G it has become more irrelevant.
