I would like to introduce a motion to nominate Tom Frenaye, K1KI, to Director Emeritus. Most of you have known his longer than I have. Could you help me add some verbiage to this motion? Also, would you care to second this motion? Whereas Tom Frenaye, K1KI, is commended for over 30 years of service to amateur radio serving as a leader in his community, ARRL division and nationwide. Whereas Tom Frenaye, K1KI, has tirelessly served, since 1985, as an ARRL employee, director and vice president on the Board of Directors and President of the ARRL Foundation.
