Although they were not specifically instructed by the Board to review the existing Conflict of Interest policy in the Articles of Association and Bylaws, the EC agreed that the policy should be reviewed following the events earlier this year. A drafting committee was formed, and they worked very hard on both the concepts and the language. The resulting proposed revision has been unanimously endorsed by the EC. The document and an explanatory memo will be distributed to the ODV by Chris Imlay very soon.
