Good Evening ODV, Now that the first salvo has been fired with Rick’s email to the membership, it is your turn. Please write your members via the mass-email capability and send it out on Thursday. That gives us 2 days to recharge the batteries and not overload the members. It would also be good for the Director’s to reach out to their Section Managers and ask them to write their members this coming Monday (9/19). By spacing the emails we should get more exposure over time. It would be a good idea to thank the members who already wrote when you’re asking those who haven’t yet done so to participate. By the way, Dan Henderson reports that after just 4 hours of going live, there have been a total of 9,000 emails sent by the membership covering all 100 Senate offices. This is just the beginning. Once again, feel free to use the letter Rick sent as a basis, or write your own, or ask me for a template to use.
