Jim, we are really not privy to that information, at least from NTIA sources, but the user agencies include (but may not be limited to) the Navy, the Department of Justice and the Coast Guard. It was used, as one example we were given by NTIA, by military aircraft bringing detainees from the Middle East to Guantanamo. The Federal uses are unpredictable but substantial, apparently. We know that the first 60m channel frequency was changed due to the frequent digital transmissions on that frequency, presumably government in origin. Other than that, how often do federal users use the 60 m frequencies we have been granted on a secondary basis?
