Are the declined charges due to expired cards primarily or due to over-extended credit? - Bill N3LLR ARRL's annual automatic renewal program is experiencing a greater number of declined credit card charges every month. With assistance from John Proctor, we emailed and mailed letters to the approximately 250 upcoming May membership expirees whose credit cards are expiring letting them know this fact; 50 responses have already been received.
