Because there is a Historical Committee meeting at ARRL HQ beginning at 8 AM on the Thursday before the Board meeting and several PSC members are also on that committee, we will have to push back the start of our PSC meeting at the hotel to 11 AM to give them time to get from HQ back to the hotel following their meeting.

So, we will run the PSC meeting from 11 AM until 2:30 PM on that Thursday to allow for the CAPTRUST presentation at 2:45 PM, with what I assume is a lunch break in there somewhere too. Depending on how quickly we can get through the PSC agenda, we may have to have a "working lunch", which means we may have to grab our lunches, head back to the room, and eat while we run through our remaining agenda. Or at least eat quickly, so we can get back to work.....

I'll get a preliminary agenda out as soon as I can.
