The firm is mentioned at Minute 8 of the October 20, 2018, Executive Committee meeting as a firm we have begun using recently for projects and are being evaluated for a role as CT counsel for the organization. 2. The maker of the motion at Minute 23 of the January meeting was Dr. Boehner, seconded by Mr. Williams. The same two individuals proposed and seconded the motion at Minute 6 of the April 21, 2018 Executive Committee which resulted in the recommendation to the Board meeting. 73, Barry J. The proposed motion is attached and is forwarded to you to comply with the 30-day notification in order to qualify for the 10-vote requirement instead of the 12 vote requirement.
