Joel, it was sent to the SM list last Tuesday, April 27, about 1 PM. Because of the number of attachments, Steve set it in three emails -- SM List message numbers 2125, 2126 and 2127. Steve said that he has heard from some SMs with comments and questions, and he's also seen it talked up in communication between SMs and members.
