Larry has been functioning as QEX Managing Editor, but as Editor he will be responsible for the full scope of QEX editorial operations and will report directly to me. For the time being, Larry will also continue his involvement with QST's "World Above 50 MHz", "Hints and Kinks" and "Technical Correspondence" columns, as well as serving on the QST Technical Editorial Committee.
