Greg, thanks for mentioning the "45 hits." I have worked that into the final version. I've chopped out the non-BPL references. I finally managed to make contact with TIA this morning and am waiting for their response. (page 26) Looking at the map I could not find a BPL test or deployment in "areas unserved by the more common wired and wireless technologies"??
