Tom, I think that LF PLC is not a plain vanilla Part 15 type concept, because there is a footnote in the table of allocations that deals with it. It has slightly more "entitlement" if you will than regular old Part 15 in other bands. So, it is a bit harder to make this a model for Part 15 over licensed services than it might seem. Chris
