Discussion and questions about the 2023-24 Proposed Plan that CFO Middleton distributed to ODV on December 19 (see ODV:34368). The documents are 90 pages long. It's important that you review them ahead of time. We are looking at large deficits in 2023 and 2024. 2.) Any motions expected to be presented by individuals or committees at the Board meeting. I'd like to ask for the Chairs and Liaisons of each committee to be prepared to discuss any possible motion so that we have a chance to discuss issues ahead of time. 3.)
