Attached are the minutes of A&F's last face-to-face meeting. Since this occurred 2 months ago, there are numerous updates to the information reported therein. These updates will be discussed in the A&F Report being written for the July Board meeting. While the A&F Report for July's meeting will be a public document, these Minutes are for the Board only. In particular, the existence of and information concerning the possible Gift Agreement should not be shared outside the Board family.
