Dave, I am becoming increasingly concerned over the image ARRL is projecting to our members regarding IT activity. I understand that we all make mistakes. Even so, as it strikes me, we either are experiencing a bad run of luck or a good show of incompetence. Hard on the heals of the LOTW "situation": 1. We send out a notice a day too early? 2. One link is misdirected? Who is responsible for these errors happening? Jim Weaver, K8JE Director, Great Lakes Division 5065 Bethany Rd. Jim, I am CEO. The buck stops with me. This was our first time sending out the monthly digital QST email notice with the iOS reference included. The timing was about an hour off. I have made it clear that in the future the monthly email notice will not go out until everything is verified to be in place.
