Henry -- Thanks for sending along your report and observations of some important issues in the Delta Divison. I always thought it a mistake not to continue the Director reports discussing the current state of affairs in each division. When I was a director, and even as an officer, I found the information contained in those reports to be very helpful in a number of ways. There were some that were simply pro forma reports without any thought but most were sincere efforts to convey information about what was going on in the director's division. Now, very little of that information seems to come out unless there is a specific issue that comes before the board. Too bad. Anyway, good job.
