The email below went out this morning to the ARRL members for which we have email addresses in the following Congressional Districts:
CA 6, 9, 18 CO 1 FL 12 IA 2 IL 1, 15, 16 KS 4 KY 2, 3 LA 1 MI 6 MO 7 NC 1, 2 ND 1 (at large) NJ 6, 7 NM 3 NY 9, 27 OH 5, 6 OR 2 PA 14 TN 7 TX 6, 22 VT 1 (at large)
This coves all members of the subcommittee, including the ex officio members. I also believe 14 of the 15 ARRL divisions have at least 1 district on the list (exception being New England)

Dear ARRL Member:
Congress is about to take action on the Amateur Radio Parity Act – and your elected Representative needs to hear from YOU!
The House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Communications and Technology has scheduled a hearing for Tuesday, January 12, 2015. One of the measures to be reviewed is H.R. 1301 – the Amateur Radio Parity Act. Your Representative in the U.S. House is a member of this subcommittee. We are asking you to contact their office to urge them to SUPPORT this bill.
HR 1301 is the ARRL’s top legislative priority. Your elected official needs to hear from you to know that it is a top priority for you – a constituent. While you may have contacted your Representative previously, we need you to contact them again and make your voice heard! You can do that in THREE EASY STEPS.
1. Follow the ARRL link below:
https://arrl.rallycongress.net/ctas/urge-congress-to-support-amateur-radio-p...
2. When you visit that page, enter your Zip code and your information (name, address, etc.). An editable draft letter will be created.
3. Once you make any desired edits, click the “send” button and your letter will be on its way. If you prefer to contact your Representative by phone, the site provides that information for you as well.
We are now at a crucial stage in our effort to get the Amateur Radio Parity Act successfully through Congress. WE CAN ONLY SUCCEED WITH YOUR HELP! Please take a few minutes to let your Representative know this legislation is important to you and all the other Amateurs in your District.
Thank you for your help at this critical juncture. Let’s get this done!
Kay Craigie, N3KN, President ARRL, the national association for Amateur Radio

Vermont is in New England... Close to NNY and ENY. 😀 Hope we have good news next week. Tom
