"I think that once the Novice Refarming Report and Order and the new restructuring report an order are issued, then it might be prudent to do a nprm on a new entry level license. It might be best to present only 1 issue at a time, not a large number of items in the nprm. Also, at some point, something will have to be done about hf privileges for Techs, and expansion of General Class privileges on the phone bands. I know the Advanced class would be opposed to this, but it will have to happen as some point." I share this with all of you, as it is one of several comments in a similar vein that I have received.
