First, Sharon Taratula becomes Assistant Department Manager and Supervisor of a new MSD branch which will perform basic, high-volume awards data processing for all MSD awards. In addition to her responsibilities in this new branch, Sharon will continue to manage the QSL Service and provide support to the department manager. Bill Moore will continue to be responsible for all other Awards-based duties related to DXCC, WAS and other MSD awards. MSD is also pleased to welcome Frank Perez to Sharon's processing group.
