[arrl-odv:18870] Re: NEW WEB SITE LIVE

CONGRATS to everyone. These things take time, effort, and then more time and effort addressing the bugs, suggestions, and ideas that come up over the entire process. This site is exactly what our members should expect of its national organization, and improves the face of Amateur Radio greatly. Thanks to all involved! 73, Brian N5ZGT On Tue, 13 Apr 2010, Kramer, Harold, WJ1B wrote:
WEB UPDATE
The new Web site is now live to the World --HOORAY!!! TNX TO ALL.
The servers are working fine.
It may have been running a little bit slow at the start because the new DNS had not been populated but it should be fine now.
The search will start to improve as Google crawls the site.
A few things are not working besides the ones that I sent earlier:
QST Archive
Field Day Locator
We believe that these are data transfer issues from one server to the other and should be easily corrected.
