As the staff prepares for the midweek Christmas holiday, I would like to wish the ARRL Board family a very pleasant holiday season. As noted earlier, I will be on vacation December 26 and 27 and will be in the office next week excapt for New Year's Day itself. Please also note that I will be on vacation January 29 through February 11. Linda has accepted a six-week consultancy in Yerevan, Armenia, and will be away January 12 through February 25.
