There are still issues to be resolved. The body of work is significant and something to be proud of! Member services continues to do a fantastic job handling many phone calls and emails from members struggling with their log on. IT is also chasing down some unforeseen issues and solving them. Everyone: Well done, and let's keep after it to wring out these last few issues! One of the things I have appreciated about the going live process is the amount of time I've been able to spend with the Member Services team. Kathleen and I have been discussing for some time my desire to get closer to the members since I hear from so many (!) every day. Beginning on Wednesday, Member Services will report directly to me. Yvette Vinci will become a direct report so that I can work more closely with her and her team. Kathleen has been very supportive of this organizational change. The warehouse team will begin reporting back into Yvette now that the Personify360 project has gone live. This permits both service groups that support members daily to be tighter with communications and problem resolution. If you have any questions, please feel free to discuss with Kathleen or me.
