[ARRL-ODV:8147] Changing of the guard

As of Noon on January 1st I will fade into the long list of ARRL members who have honorably served as Directors of our fine organization. I have fond memories of each of you, and hope we can stay in contact as friends. As you have already discovered, my successor is a worthy and qualified gentleman who I believe will represent the Great Lakes Division, Amateur Radio Service, and ARRL well. I¹m sure you will enjoy meeting and working with Jim throughout his coming term. Dick is also highly qualified, and you will find him to be a valuable resource to the Board, as he has been to me during my time as Director. I wish each of my colleagues and friends on the board and staff a safe and fun New Year¹s Eve. 73, Gary KI4LA +----------Gary L.
